4. Tour Quotations and Prices

All quotations from Creative India Tours are based on information available at the time of preparation and may include accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, guides, meals, entrance fees, transfers, and other specified services.

Services or expenses not specifically mentioned are excluded. Prices may change due to availability, seasonal rates, taxes, fuel costs, currency fluctuations, entrance fees, supplier charges, or customer-requested changes. The final price will be confirmed before booking.

5. Booking Confirmation

Once the required payment has been received and services have been confirmed, Creative India Tours may issue a booking confirmation or finalized itinerary.

Customers should carefully review the confirmation and notify us immediately if any information is incorrect, including:

  • Passenger names
  • Travel dates
  • Hotel details
  • Number of travellers
  • Room requirements
  • Transportation requirements
  • Sightseeing arrangements
  • Pickup and drop-off locations

Creative India Tours cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

6. Advance Payment

An advance payment may be required to confirm a booking.

The amount of advance payment depends on:

  • Hotel requirements
  • Number of travellers
  • Travel dates
  • Supplier policies
  • Length of the trip
  • Services included in the itinerary

The applicable payment schedule will be communicated to the customer before confirmation.

Certain hotels, activities, transportation services, or special travel arrangements may require full or partial advance payment.

7. Balance Payment

Any remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule communicated by Creative India Tours.

Failure to make the required payment within the agreed period may result in:

  • Cancellation of services
  • Loss of availability
  • Additional charges
  • Changes to the itinerary
  • Application of cancellation charges

Any additional costs arising from delayed payment may be payable by the customer.

8. Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of a confirmed booking.

Cancellation charges depend on:

  • Date of cancellation
  • Type of tour
  • Hotel cancellation policy
  • Transportation arrangements
  • Supplier terms
  • Destination
  • Travel season
  • Advance payments already made
  • Non-refundable services

Some services may be completely non-refundable once confirmed.

Any applicable refund will be calculated after deducting cancellation charges imposed by Creative India Tours and/or third-party suppliers.

Customers are advised to request the applicable cancellation policy before making a payment.

9. Cancellation by Creative India Tours

Creative India Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify a booking in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Civil disturbances
  • Security concerns
  • Severe weather
  • Supplier failure
  • Operational difficulties
  • Force majeure circumstances
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Where possible, we will attempt to provide an alternative arrangement.

If an alternative arrangement cannot reasonably be provided, any refund will be subject to the applicable supplier terms and amounts recoverable by Creative India Tours.

10. Refund Policy

Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and third-party service providers involved.

11. Hotel Accommodation

Hotel accommodation is subject to availability and confirmation.

The hotel mentioned in an itinerary may be replaced by a hotel of similar category if the originally requested property is unavailable, subject to reasonable availability.

Hotel facilities, services, room categories, meal plans, check-in times, check-out times, and other policies are determined by the respective hotel.

Creative India Tours is not responsible for:

  • Hotel maintenance issues
  • Temporary closure of facilities
  • Changes in hotel management
  • Hotel service quality
  • Noise or construction
  • Room allocation decisions
  • Hotel-specific policies
  • Issues caused by hotel staff or other guests

Any hotel-related complaint should first be reported to the hotel and, where appropriate, to Creative India Tours so that reasonable assistance can be provided.

12. Transportation

Transportation services may be provided through third-party drivers, transport companies, or other suppliers.

The vehicle category will generally correspond to the vehicle specified in the confirmed itinerary.

Vehicle availability may depend on:

  • Number of travellers
  • Luggage
  • Destination
  • Road conditions
  • Local regulations
  • Vehicle availability

Customers must inform us in advance about significant luggage requirements, special equipment, child seats, or other transportation needs.

13. Driver and Guide Services

Drivers and guides are expected to provide professional and reasonable assistance within the scope of the booked service.

Tour guides are responsible for providing sightseeing information and assistance according to the confirmed itinerary.

Drivers are primarily responsible for transportation and should not be expected to perform duties outside the agreed transportation service.

Requests for additional sightseeing, additional destinations, extended vehicle usage, or changes to the route may result in additional charges.

14. Itinerary Changes Requested by Customers

Customers may request changes to their itinerary.

Changes are subject to:

  • Availability
  • Hotel policies
  • Transportation availability
  • Entrance ticket availability
  • Supplier terms
  • Additional costs

Creative India Tours will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes but cannot guarantee that every request can be accepted.

Any additional cost resulting from a customer-requested change will be payable by the customer.

15. Changes During the Tour

If customers wish to change the itinerary during their trip, they should contact Creative India Tours before making significant changes.

Changes may result in additional charges for:

  • Additional driving distance
  • Extra vehicle hours
  • Additional accommodation
  • New entrance tickets
  • Additional guides
  • Meals
  • Activities
  • Route changes
  • Cancellation of previously confirmed services

Unused services may not automatically qualify for a refund.

16. Sightseeing and Entrance Fees

Sightseeing arrangements are based on the confirmed itinerary.

Monuments, museums, national parks, attractions, and other sites may have their own:

  • Opening hours
  • Holiday closures
  • Entry restrictions
  • Ticketing policies
  • Security procedures
  • Photography restrictions
  • Visitor limits

Creative India Tours is not responsible for closure or restricted access caused by government authorities, local authorities, security requirements, maintenance, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

17. Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they possess all necessary travel documents.

Depending on the trip, these may include:

  • Valid passport
  • Visa
  • Government-issued identification
  • Travel insurance
  • Permits
  • Tickets
  • Health or vaccination documentation where legally required
  • Other destination-specific documents

Creative India Tours may provide general travel assistance but is not responsible for a customer’s failure to obtain or carry required documents.

18. Visa and Immigration

Customers are responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa or immigration authorization required for their destination.

Visa approval is determined by the relevant government or immigration authority.

Creative India Tours does not guarantee visa approval unless specifically providing a visa-related service under separate written terms.

Any visa rejection, delay, or immigration decision remains the responsibility of the relevant authority.

19. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that customers obtain appropriate travel insurance before beginning their trip.

Depending on the nature of the trip, insurance may cover:

  • Trip cancellation
  • Lost baggage
  • Travel delays
  • Personal belongings
  • Emergency evacuation

Creative India Tours is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by suitable travel insurance.

20. Customer Responsibilities

  • Follow driver and guide instructions where related to safety
  • Take reasonable care of personal belongings

Customers may be responsible for costs arising from damage, misconduct, negligence, or violation of applicable rules.
